Another survey, conducted by Walking The Talk and Stamford Associates, found that 94% investment decisions are affected by the quality of culture a company provides.
Great company culture drives in more potential investors, partners and stakeholders. A great culture shows others the belief and ethics of the company and how does it support that. Moreover, investors only attract to companies’ that have a good financial performance, and research shows that companies’ having great culture, also have great financial performance.

Apart from satisfying employees and attracting investors to the company, a strong and powerful culture also promotes the value of the brand. According to the Deloitte survey, 91% of respondents believe that companies’ that have a powerful culture also have a powerful brand that outshines the competitors.
